Mobile Home Blaze In Lake Dallas Prompts Large FD Response

Around 11:00 AM on Saturday, 2/14/26, the Lake Cities Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire on North Shady Shores Road in Lake Dallas. Upon arrival, crews observed a fully involved mobile home and declared a working fire. Firefighters were forced to transition to a defensive attack due to the large fire load that had already consumed the structure. Firefighters from the Lewisville and Highland Village Fire Departments also responded to assist.
