Man seriously injured after being ejected from Vehicle

A man has been seriously injured after being ejected from his vehicle in East Naples. Greater Naples Fire and Collier EMS responded to the intersection of Tamiami Trail E and Thomason Dr at 9:46 PM. According to Fire/EMS radio traffic, the 380 pound patient was declared a “Trauma Alert” and taken to NCH Downtown. Multiple lanes of Tamiami Trail heading east are closed as the Collier County Sheriff’s Office conduct their investigation.
